From Pressure Drop:

Picture this:
You're relaxing on a white sandy beach with a juicy beer in hand, the sun is shining and you don't have a care in the world. Maybe a steel drum band is playing gently in the background? Life is good, but this beer is excellent. You feel a vibration in the sand below and all of a sudden a swarm of ghost crabs start scuttling past at ridiculous speeds. Absolute hordes of them, more than you could possibly imagine, just jazzin' about at the shoreline. What's that coming from behind? It's literally millions of Christmas Island Crabs making their way to the beach (this is a magical island where both species exist shhh). They're stopping traffic, they're causing havoc and they're headed your way. Then, appearing from behind a rocky outcrop, is a purple swarm, punctuated by thousands of glowing yellow eyes. That's right, a ginormous mob of Purple Vampire Crabs are joining the fray, even though they don't even live on this island and are usually found in the rainforest, not on the beach. You realise the crab armies are heading for a stand off and you're smack bang in the middle of three advancing fronts. You've got mere seconds left before you'll be engulfed in a sea of snipping claws and crashing carapaces, just enough time for one more sip. As the clashing crabs meet and you are submerged beneath the flaying pincers you think: that was a really nice beer....

Crab Facts.

Why Crabs?
We just think they're neat.

Born out of a garden shed, Pressure Drop was started between three friends. We started buying from them whilst they were brewing out of their arch in Hackney Central, but they've since expanded into a bigger brewery located on the Lockwood Industrial Park alongside Beavertown Brewery. We love the creative nuance of flavours across their range, which are carefully considered and pair very well with food. They strive to maintain a solid reputation for quality and innovation and produce an inclusive range of modern beers.
