This Once Upon In Manchester is a tribute to English Pale Ale, brewed with Robinsons’ historic yeast and CF312 – a new English experimental hop from Charles Faram. A nod to Manchester’s brewing past, and a taste of what’s to come.

A bold West Coaster, this is the little sibling of our Crystallography series, with all the hop burst and clean finish but in a lighter and crisper body.

This edition is hopped with Columbus and Strata for full-on dankness, with deep grapefruit and tropical flavours and pine resin on the finish

We had the pleasure of hosting Menno Oliver to brew up a rare beast of a Black IPA. Nelson & Riwaka take the lead with a touch of Sabro to balance the dark malts and bold hops.

The New England Pale Ale has always been something we've cherished at the brewery, delighting in the hop impact of a DIPA all within a 4% pint of Pale Ale. This version is no different, as we have decided to use all our favourite dank hops for it. Nelson, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 do not disguise themselves, as the aroma unmistakably showcases each of their traits. That dank aroma leads to a bold savoury flavour that delivers a thirst-quenching experience when consumed. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right.

Hola, mis amigos. We've got another crispy lager for your summer enjoyment. The introduction of maize and an extra helping of rice to this lager gives it a subtle malt sweetness and lingers on your tongue. This lager is super refreshing and we won't mind if you add a wedge of lime either.

We believe our 7% DDH IPAs provide one of the best platforms for our hops to work in tandem with just the right amount of alcohol and our soft malt base. We decided to throw as much juice as possible at this one, teaming up Nelson, Nectaron, Rakau & Motueka to create a true New Zealand hop bomb. The aroma is dank, heavy, and sweaty, while the taste elevates to a sweet shop-like mix of fruits. This beer features stone fruits from beginning to end with a touch of bitterness that lingers on your palate for mere moments.

For this next DDH Pale, we've gone back to the trusted Mosaic to lead the way. This versatile hop forms the backbone of many modern beers and delivers a dank, sweaty profile that we're familiar with. There's bright citrus notes followed by a savoury pine finish that creates a perfect blend of classic West Coast and modern New England flavour profiles.

Motueka has always been a firm favourite here at the brewery. Lime and gooseberry burst from this hop; it also maintains a bold, juicy front with a very drinkable finish. This DDH IPA is no different; Motueka doesn't hide, and the slightly paler shade of haze gives it away. It's zesty, soft, and creamy, while presenting clean flavours that mask the ABV nicely. Our best seller and always a crowd pleaser both at the local Pub and at home. This easy- drinking Cider would be perfect paired with a Barbecue, some Friends and some blues.
