Michigan based mead producer sitting at fifth place in the Untappd top rated list. Unsurprisingly, Ken Schramm has been an integral part of the American craft mead movement since the late eighties. The small batch, predominantly melomel, releases are deep, intense flavour experiences delivered in understated, simple bottles.
