Quick Sours
Kettle sours (or quick sours), beers soured at the beginning of the brewing process, often heaped with fruit & other additions. These beers are a fun way to experiment with ingredients without the need to age beer to acheive sourness. At lower ABVs these tend to be full of flavour but surprisingly dry & sharp. With higher alcohol content you can expect a thicker more sticky affair.
