Ascension Cider Company

A relatively young Cider producer that began with a cuckoo setup in 2017 and now sits upon an Orchard in East Sussex with a pretty sizeable kit to work with. Changing its apple varietals routinely and relying on yeasts native to the fruit for fermentation ensures that these ciders taste natural, interesting, and often fairly different from batch to batch. Presumably there's still a little time for Hot Air Ballooning in-between all the harvesting, pressing, and tinkering.
