They spent hours chatting with our Head Brewer, James Heffron, working hard to design their perfect recipe. They knew exactly what they wanted: a bangin’ 6.5% Verdant-style NEIPA mixing American, New Zealand, and Australian hops, featuring a solid bitterness and a slightly crisper finish than our usual outputs.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThree weeks ago, they travelled from all corners of the UK for the brew day (and a few drinks after that). It was a sharp, tough, 6am start. They opened the brewery, met up with our brewer Kieran, fired up the kit, carried the malt, milled, made a mess, cleaned it up, added the hops, and even got to press some buttons. (They also shouted into a lauter tank, though that wasn't strictly part of the recipe).
