We chose a London recipe, as that is who we are, and it appeals to us to try to connect once again with London’s brewing history, this time to situate IPAs once again within the city's brewing lineage.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis year we’ve brewed the beer with Ernest hops, a modern English variety with a distinctly British character — hedgerow fruit, soft citrus and a little spice.
