A new wine in the fantastic range of natural wines from Judith Beck. Grapes are handpick and destemmed and then they macerate the Traminer grapes with the skins for 8-10 days. It is then pressed and after the fermentation finishes, is transported to old Barriques, where it rests for for 6-8 months. This is a very expressive wine, the skin gives pith, tannins and spices to add to the aromatic Traminer grape. Like all Beck wines, it has good definition and if there was ever a wine for curries and spicy foods, this is it!
