The dramatic temperature shifts create a ‘stress response’ in the bean, resulting in intense, complex and fruit forward notes. This is then seamlessly blended with a heavy foundation of chocolate and Munich malt, intensifying the decadent experience of PIU while maintaining a remarkably clean, thick, and smooth mouthfeel.
